Martha works in tandem with the Leadership Team to manage the daily operations of the program and the administrative office. Her work includes managing client accounts, monitoring agency finances, maintaining clinical information and managing personnel requirements. Martha also ensures that the agency is in compliance with state laws governing treatment centers in Washington State.
Martha has a Masters in Health Administration from the University of Washington. She previously worked in health services administration for many years before taking time off to raise her children and volunteer in the community. Most recently she worked at Garfield High School as the Volunteer Coordinator. Martha joined A Positive Alternative in May 2017 and is pleased to be part of the APA team supporting the needs of the clients while ensuring the quality of the program.
