Through a Polyvagal therapy lens we learn how our nervous system influences our felt sense of safety and connection in response to self, environment, and others.

As we listen to the body, we learn to turn toward and be with our experiences and improve our ability to respond rather than react. When we learn to befriend the nervous system and anchor in autonomic safety, the challenges that we face as we go about our daily lives aren’t quite so daunting. Through our focus on nervous system flexibility and balance, our therapy classes will build resiliency and capacity to more actively engage in our lives.
