Overview
Anxiety is something so many of us carry quietly — it shows up in our thoughts, our bodies, and our relationships. In her new book, Martha Beck, world-renowned life coach and author, offers profound yet practical ways to move beyond anxiety, into presence, joy, and connection with our authentic selves.
This workshop is designed for women who are ready to explore fresh, gentle, and creative ways to ease anxiety and discover deeper calm in their everyday lives. We will weave together Beck’s groundbreaking insights with hands-on creative practices in a safe, nurturing, and fun environment
Together, we’ll learn simple tools and practices you can use every day — tools that don’t require perfection, discipline, or even experience with art — just a willingness to play and explore.
