Each meditation and yoga technique has been specifically chosen to improve and change brain chemistry functions. This practice targets psychological, neurological, physiological and behavioral processes implicated in recovery and relapse prevention. Each student will learn breathing techniques, asanas (physical posture), meditation, use of mantra, mudras, guided imagery, body scans and yogic anatomy.
