Wellness Classes

Our Women's Program includes Wellness classes led by Dr. Kristen Allot, Naturopathic Physician and Acupuncturist. Dr. Allot discusses what the brain needs to rewire itself in order to combat depression, anxiety and cravings. In user-friendly language, she explains the physiology of addictions, cravings, and positively rewiring the brain. Dr. Allot offers a clear and straightforward explanation of how food affects mood and provides simple nutritional suggestions for increasing energy, mental clarity, and achieving optimal wellness.

Dr. Kristen Allot, ND, MS, L.Ac., is a licensed naturopathic physician and acupuncturist, speaker and educator providing naturopathic care and consultation through her private practice, Dynamic Paths. She is passionate about integrative medicine, and focuses on non-pharmaceutical interventions in her work with people with depression, anxiety, addictions, food cravings, and other mental health concerns.
