Office Manager

Rebecca manages daily operations of the administrative office. Her work includes communicating with clients to make sure they feel supported and educated about their insurance and finances throughout their time at APA. She helps to manage client accounts, maintains clinical information, and oversees office scheduling. Rebecca is a 2013 graduate of California State University Fresno with a BS in Business Administration: Marketing. She also received a certificate in International Management in 2011 from École Supérieure de Commerce et Management for her studies in Poitiers, France. She has been a member of the administrative staff at A Positive Alternative since November 2015 and is dedicated to providing a high level of service to staff and clients.
