Holly Grieve

Holly GrieveOffice Manager

Holly manages daily operations of the administrative office. Her work includes communicating with clients to make sure they feel supported and educated about their insurance and finances throughout their time at APA. She helps to manage client accounts, maintains clinical information, and oversees office scheduling.

Holly is an alumna of University of Illinois at Chicago Circle. She presided over Partnership for Youth Justice Juvenile Diversion hearings in North, Central, and South Seattle, guiding teens into programs to get their lives onto a positive track, from 2009-20017. In an earlier life, she was a pastry chef, food stylist, and recipe developer. She has been a member of the administrative staff at A Positive Alternative since August 2017 and is dedicated to providing a high level of service to staff and clients.

   

Martha Layzer

Martha LayzerAdministrative Coordinator

Martha works in tandem with the Leadership Team to manage the daily operations of the program. She is responsible for managing personnel requirements. This includes developing administrative processes and staff training. Martha also ensures that the agency is in compliance with state laws governing treatment centers in Washington State.

Martha has a Masters in Health Administration from the University of Washington. She previously worked in health services administration for many years before taking time off to raise her children and volunteer in the community. Most recently she worked at Garfield High School as the Volunteer Coordinator. Martha joined A Positive Alternative in May 2017 and is pleased to be part of the APA team supporting the needs of the clients while ensuring the quality of the program.

   

Kathy Fletcher-Tollison

Kathy Fletcher-TollisonAdministrative Assistant

Kathy is a part-time administrative assistant at APA. Her work includes creating, organizing, and updating client treatment files, entering attendance information, and assisting with special projects. She helps maintain our administrative office and therapeutic spaces so that clients can enter into an environment where they are able to make fundamental change. She holds a B.A. in Humanities from the University of Washington, and has been with APA since September 2016. She is dedicated to assisting our clinical and administrative staff so that they can provide the best for our clients.
